At Harbosa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any).
Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non‑returnable items include:
Gift cards or vouchers.
Perishable goods.
Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear) unless defective.
Customized or made‑to‑order products.
Process
Contact Us: Email harbosa.fashion@gmail.com or call 201010420332 with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
Approval: Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Ship Back: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided, clearly marking the RA number on the package.
Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
If you paid Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or offer store credit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Harbosa is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

International Orders
Currently, Harbosa ships only within Egypt. If this changes, return shipping costs for international orders will be the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated by Harbosa.
